About Me
Therapist, Mother, Wife, Hobby-Starter
Aside from being a therapist, I am a mother to the most beautiful little girl, a wife to my highschool sweetheart, and a professional hobby starter. In my free time I love to bake sourdough bread from scratch, sew and craft new projects, learn about the body and neuroscience, find new hobbies to start (and probably not finish), and keep up with the latest Netflix TV shows.
I also work as part-time as a school counsellor for kids in elementary schools - and I love what I do!

I have lived experience with anxiety, depression, and panic attacks, so I know what it is like to feel helpless and desperate for healing. I became a therapist because I found healing in psychotherapy and I wanted to be the source of hope for those who are experiencing inner turmoil or mental health struggles.
